devoted to the public sector. Our objective is help redress
that balance.

with matters that have been found important in consulting and
training assignments. The ideas have been adopted and applied
in government. From time to time we will add other working
tools such as software and spreadsheets that have been found useful
in direct application or to exemplify ideas.
